(for best results use 7 ice cubes & blend in a blender)


Carl Daikeler Special
1-1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology® powder
1 Tbsp. almond or peanut butter (or to taste).
1 banana
1 cup ice
8 oz. water


Choco Loco
1/2 banana
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup non-fat soy, rice, or almond milk

Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Cherry Chocolate Almond

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
4 oz. unsweetened almond milk
4 oz. water
1/2 tsp of almond extract
3/4 cup of frozen dark sweet cherries
Ice to suit


Chocolate Shakeology pudding

1 scoop chocolate
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup water
Mix together completely in a bowl and enjoy

Mocha Shakeology
1 scoop choc shakeology
2 c. ice
1 c. unsweetened almond breeze milk
1/3 c. water
1 packet starbucks italian roast instant coffee
1 TBS. choc. fudge fat free/sugar free instant pudding mix


Fall Egg Nog #2
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology powder
1 cup low-fat eggnog
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1 cup ice (or to taste)
optional: 1/2 tsp fresh whipped cream (if you're really festive!)
Blend till frothy and enjoy!


Papaya Splash
1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
Ice to taste
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.

Almond Cranberry Shakeology Bars (high in fiber)
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup of Oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
1 scoop of Greenberry Shakeology 1 scoop of protein powder your choice
3 Tbs. ground flax seeds
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup (I had to use a little bit more) coconut water-I used Passion fruit O.N.E
1/3 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
1.Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2.Press mixture down into an 8x8 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
3.Refrigerate for 2 hours or more to solidify. Or if you want to eat sooner stick in freezer for about an hour.
4.Cut into bars and enjoy!

*You can add variety to this recipe by substituting raisins for the cranberries, or any dried fruit. You can use Chocolate Shakeology instead. Also, using pomegranate juice instead of the coconut water gives it quite a kick.

Chocolate Shakeology Meal Bars
Ingredients:
10 tbsp. natural peanut butter (or a butter of your choice)
5 egg whites
2 scoops of Chocolate Shakeology
3 scoops of chocolate whey protein (of your choice)
2 cups oats (OPTIONAL: For flavor, I dry cook these in a frying pan until they are toasted)
2 tbsp. of ground flax seed
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of chopped raw almonds
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

Directions:
Mix the peanut butter and egg whites in a bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, and mix well (so that the mixture appears smooth). Reapeat 4-5 times until all traces of egg whites have dissolved into the peanut butter, and your mixture is a smooth consistent one.

Gradually add the protein (one scoop at a time) and stir into the mixture. Stir in ground flax seed. Next, add the almond milk and follow with the oats and nuts. Continue mixing until a thick "sticky" mixture is present.

Smooth the thick mixture into a 13x9 tray and leave for 20-30 minutes in the fridge. Cut into 10 equal size bars. Individually wrap each bar with foil or cling wrap and store in fridge

Dessert. Chocolate Shakeology Ice cream
2 cups of almond milk
1 cup of ice
1 whole banana
2 tbls of PB
2 scoops of Chocolate Shakeology.
Blend on liquify so it freezes with a creamy consistancy instead of an icey one. Place in the freezer for a few hours before first. Thaw for a few before eating.
